Suboxone Treatment

Dr. Kyser is licensed by the DEA to prescribe Suboxone.  Currently, we are
 able to offer outpatient detoxification for a limited number of patients
 actively dependent on narcotics.  



Also, limited number of patients that are currently taking Suboxone 
treatment or recently discharged from a treatment program such as Parthenon
 Pavilion can be enrolled in Suboxone maintenance at this office. 



Please note that we are unable to accept TnCare, Medicare, or commercial 
health insurance for this service. Patients will be responsible for their
 medical fees and the office will require that a valid credit card be kept on
file for payment purposes.



A treatment contract including charges is available below. Please print out
 the contract, sign and return it to the office to initiate the treatment
 process.
